Employee Sponsorship Programme In 2017 SSI Services launched an employee sponsorship programme to support employees who are undertaking challenges for charitable causes that really make a difference and stretch the individual. All employees within the SSI division are encouraged to apply for a company donation to contribute to “already in place” fundraising efforts. Once a quarter, SSI Services select a set amount of events to support, each event will receive a company donation and employees will have their event promoted on the SSI website and social media pages. Applications during 2017 included employees undertaking ultra-marathons, 24-hour golf, sailing and relay challenges, a skydive, and a 100-mile cycle challenge. Employees were undertaking these challenging events on behalf of some very deserving charities including: Macmillan Cancer Support St Richards Hospice, Worcester The Spinal Muscular Atrophy Trust Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) Birmingham Children’s Hospital Epilepsy Action Cancer Research UK Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) You can also see our news page to keep up with the latest updates!
