"More than just a Career"


“I joined IWS in May 2016, as an Administration Apprentice. I have now completed my level 2 NVQ in Business Administration. Over the twelve month course, I had monthly meetings with my assessor who visited me at IWS to see how I was progressing with the course and to provide support where needed. Prior to joining IWS, I had never worked in an office environment before. With the help and support from my colleagues, and the knowledge gained from the units I have completed as part of my apprenticeship, I have flourished and learnt how to work in an office and to be able to complete administrative tasks. Thanks to my apprenticeship I have a full time job, with a competitive salary and have still managed to study and work towards a qualification. I have also recently had my job title changed from Administration Apprentice to Administration Assistant, so I am now officially an employee at Integrated Water Services. I also hope to carry on with my studies by progressing on to Level 3 Business Administration”.

David Taylor is the Managing Director of SSI Services Ltd, responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company. His role includes providing strong and supportive leadership, supervising the accounting and financial information, and directing the internal control framework for SSI Services and the Group companies on a consolidated basis.
